XJ Schindler Elevator Co., Ltd.'s Xuchang factory has joined forces with CNGBS, leveraging digital technology for intelligent workshop transformation to achieve efficient and standardized production processes. CNGBS provided XJ Schindler Elevator Co., Ltd.'s Xuchang factory with robotic workstations covering tasks such as loading/unloading, spraying, and rib plate riveting. Multiple IRB 6700, IRB 2600, and IRB 1600 robots were deployed, covering various factory segments. These were integrated with CNGBS's own brand intelligent equipment, including robot floor tracks, fixtures, cable packages, and protective coverings, substantially boosting production efficiency and quality.

During the preliminary project planning phase, both parties engaged in continuous refinement and testing. Innovatively, CNGBS and XJ Schindler adopted CNGBS's modular robotic workstation production line layout: dismantling the traditional long-line production structure of the workshop and deploying dedicated modular workstation units. Utilizing this cutting-edge workshop layout concept, the XJ Schindler elevator factory can readily replace or adjust individual workstations, avoiding production disruption issues. Simultaneously, through robotic automation operations, the production process achieves greater flexibility and productivity empowerment.
