From an industry perspective, the exhibition introduced OrionStar's technological and product advantages in the intelligent service robot field, industry solutions, and business progress. It elaborated on the concept of building a robot ecosystem with industry partners to jointly promote better integration of the intelligent service robot industry with the real economy, "making traditional commerce as efficient as the internet."

The conference venue also showcased full-scenario diversified solutions for intelligent service robots developed in collaboration with industry partners, allowing more industry professionals to intuitively and concretely understand the value of intelligent service robots. At the forum site, OrionStar's intelligent reception service robot, Leopard Secret, demonstrated its capability by presenting a PPT to introduce itself to attendees, while robots like Leopard Dispatch were also seen throughout.

In fact, this represents only a part of OrionStar's many practical functions for intelligent service robots. Based on OrionStar's integrated software-hardware capabilities and open, customizable modular technology, it has established its own unique full-scenario application management and operation system for robot solutions. This system is divided into five layers: Industry, Scenario, Function, Client, and Solution. The Industry layer identifies which sector the robot solution serves (finance, healthcare, transportation, telecom operators, etc.). The Scenario layer can be understood as the location (lobby, sales area, reception, ticket office). The Function layer comprises the basic capabilities of the robot solution, such as greeting, route guidance, and product location. These three layers are combined with the specific customization needs of the Client layer. 

The "Health Station · Smart Health Hut" in the Xinhua Insurance Building, Hongkou District, Shanghai, is a representative project under this model. Jointly created by CNGBS and OrionStar, the project is divided into four modules. Besides health self-assessment, self-service health detection, and physical self-test services, the fourth module is OrionStar's medical solution from the Leopard Secret series. After guiding residents through the detection process, the general practitioner video doctor integrated on the customized medical version of Leopard Big Screen conducts a consultation with the user. Assisted by the reception service robot Leopard Secret, the two robots collaborate with 5G for big data analysis, transmitting data back to the cloud.

The Smart Health Hut is positioned as the "starting point" for residents' health self-management. Tests previously requiring visits to different hospital departments—such as for heart rate, blood pressure, blood sugar, lung capacity, and grip strength—can all be completed in the Smart Health Hut. Community residents only need an ID card or medical insurance card to conduct health self-tests and assessments here, and can view detailed information online, including family health data, medical records, and medication lists. Simultaneously, residents can access convenient services like health guidance, family doctor sign-ups, and appointments with specialist doctors from public hospitals.

It is precisely under such systematic innovation integrating AI, software, hardware, and services that OrionStar, together with industry partners, has achieved numerous breakthrough advancements in the field of intelligent service robots. It is reported that by the end of September 2020, over 15,000 OrionStar intelligent service robots were deployed across more than 20 industry scenarios nationwide, including cultural and tourism sites, large shopping malls, education, exhibitions, museums, medical institutions, hotels, government affairs, legal services, and KTVs. Daily voice interactions reached 7.8 million, with total service人次 (person-times) exceeding 200 million, making it one of the most prominent AI enterprises in China's service robot sector.

According to relevant data, the overall scale of the robotics market in 2019 was close to 60 billion yuan, and is projected to approach 100 billion yuan by 2022. With the support of national new infrastructure policies in 2020 and the popularization of 5G technology, the practical application of robots will undoubtedly accelerate further. OrionStar's capabilities in fully self-researched intelligent service robot software and hardware, combined with the innovation and market penetration of industry partners, also make the future prosperity of China's intelligent robot market highly anticipated.
